In order to design the new Westbridge Business and Retail Park, near Morgantown, West Virginia, the developer had to put the site through a detailed evaluation. Since the site of the park was being proposed on an abandoned strip mine, and an underground coal mine, they wanted to be thorough in their investigation before breaking ground.
